I guess Chris Brown isn’t the only person facing charges stemming from assualting someone. Amy Winehouse is another victim of bad judgment once again. The talented singer/crack addict (or is it FORMER crack addict??) has been charged with assault after “allegedly”  punching a fan at a charity event in London. According to sources, Amy bugged out on a fan, Sherene Flash, when she asked to take a picture of her.

Winehouse has to appear in court later this month.
