During a recent performance of the Broadway play, A Steady Rain, someone’s cell phone began to ring, interrupting the two-man show at a crucial point in the plot. So what happened? Stars Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig stopped the show and told the owner of the ringing phone to turn it off! The actors weren’t the only ones irritated by the non-stop ringing- the entire audience burst into cheers and applause when the actors scolded the owner of the ringing phone.

But get this- whoever owned the phone must have been too embarrassed to reach down and turn it off after getting lectured by Wolverine and 007, because despite the actors’ pleas for the phone to be turned off, the owner allowed the phone to ring on!!! We’re assuming the ashamed audience member didn’t want everybody to know who they were and decided to just let the phone ring until the call went to voicemail, LOL. Talk about cheesy!
