WHOA! It appears that Cher’s daughter Chaz Bono- formerly Chastity Bono- is almost done with her his sex change procedure. Sporting a darker buzz haircut and a flat chest, Chaz was recently spotted out and about in West Hollywood. Chaz, who is undergoing a COMPLETE sex change, must be pretty happy with the results of the process, because you can barely tell by looking at him now that he was ever a woman!

No word yet on what Cher thinks of Chaz’ new look, though the diva has publicly said in the past that she supports Chaz’ decision.
