Diana Ross Releases Statement Regarding Michael Jackson’s Passing
Michael’s close friend, mentor, and substitute mother, Diana Ross, released a statement to the press today expressing her emotion over the loss of the pop icon:
“I am trying to find closure, I want you to know that even though I am not there at the Staples Center. I am there in my heart. I have decided to pause and be silent. This feels right for me. Michael was a personal love of mine, a treasured part of my world, part of the fabric of my life in a way that I can’t seem to find words to express. Michael wanted me to be there for his children, and I will be there if they ever they need me. I hope, today brings closure for all those who loved him. Thank you Katherine and Joe for sharing your son with the world and with me. I send my love and condolences to the Jackson family.”-Diana Ross

miss ross and her beautiful words,she must be devastated,such a legend and icon and i do mean legend not these so called stars of today or should i say tramps most of them,miss ross is a bona fide legend and a real class act,love her.

I TOO WAS LIKE HER WHEN I LOST MY MOTHER…I COULD NOT FIND THE WILL NOR THE STRENGHT TO ATTEND HER BURIAL……I WAS DEVASTED AT MY LOSS AND WOULD HAVE NOT FAIR WELL AT THE FUNERAL. BUT MY MOTHER KNEW I LOVED HER AND THATS ALL THAT REALLY MATTERED. DIANA I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY YOUR PAIN. I WILL PRAY WITH YOU.
