These posters announcing Michael Jackson's return are springing up around London.

The Associated Press is reporting that Michael Jackson has announced plans for a comeback tour!

LONDON (AP) — Michael Jackson has announced a series of London concerts in July.

Thursday’s announcement was greeted by thousands of people at London’s O2 arena, where the concerts will be staged. Jackson didn’t specify how many shows he’ll play, though posters have shown he’s booked for 10 dates.

Tickets are expected to sell quickly for the shows, despite concerns the 50-year-old star may not be up for a return to the spotlight.

Americans and fans in other parts of the world might be saddened to hear that the Gloved One also announced this would be a farewell tour…  EOnline.com reports:

“I just want to say that these will be my final show performances in London. This will be it. When I say this is it, it really means this is it,” Jackson added. “I’ll be performing the songs my fans want to hear…this is the final curtain call. I’ll see you in July.”

You think maybe Mike has finally had enough of us Americans and all of our jokes about him through the years, lol??  Well, die-hard fans, we hear that airfare is pretty cheap to the UK right now, so go out and book your tickets now if you really believe that this is Jacko’s last tour ever.   We’re not so sure we believe Mike when he says he won’t ever hit the stage after this tour, though… he’s still in a HEAP of financial trouble and just this week tried to stop the auction of items at his Neverland Ranch… Times are hard all over and Mike could use the extra cash, so something tells us we might get a few concert dates in the States also…
