Kim Kardashian has come out swinging after Star magazine ran a cover story claiming that the Armenian beauty’s good looks are the result of a plastic surgeon’s knife and not just good genes! The tabloid claims Kim’s had work done on her lips and her nose! But Kim denies having any work done on her face, and points out that her recent weight loss has resulted in subtle changes to her face, which some are now attributing to plastic surgery. Kim also says her makeup artist does a fantastic job of “contouring” her nose to hide its “bump.” Hmmmm, what do you think?
