MSNBC is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is planning to take out a restraining order against her own father! Why? Well, after being inspired by how Britney Spears was able to get her life together after her father stepped in and took control of her life, Michael Lohan now thinks he should do the same for his troubled offspring. So why should that be cause for concern? Well, MSNBC reports why:

…the senior Lohan may have taken his concern a step too far when he offered to act the part of a well-intentioned abductor if the courts wouldn’t cooperate.

“If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight,” Michael Lohan told X17Online. “But I know I’m going to get charged with kidnapping.”

Um… damn skippy you’d be charged with kidnapping, Papa Lohan!

Is this dude nuts?! He has plans to take Lindsay to an “undisclosed” location to try to straighten her out?! That just sounds creepy. Is this dude her father or her stalker?!

Lindsay may be out there, and she may be in need of help, but she’s not a 10 year old, and you can’t just roll up on her, throw her into a minivan and take off with her. Not to mention the paparazzi who are constantly trailing her every move would make your kidnap caper a little hard to carry off, you idiot!
