Former Beatle Paul McCartney gave props to Barack Obama during last Thursday’s MTV Europe Music Awards show.  In an acceptance speech for his “Ultimate Legend” award, Sir Paul thanked Americans “for voting in Senator Obama.”  Wow! Not bad!

But the Beatle’s admiration was for more than just the new President.  He also told reporters backstage that he’d like to dedicate the famous Beatle ballad “Michelle” to the new First Lady, Michelle Obama.  How cool is that?!
