Rihanna breaks her silence about the domestic violence she experienced in her relationship with Chris Brown.  Rihanna’s team picked Good Morning America and 20/20 at the platform for her to tell her story while promoting her new album, Rated R.

When the Rihanna/Chris Brown story hit the press, everyone turned themselves against Chris Brown. How could we not looking at the pictures of Rihanna’s bruised face. Chris Brown became the monster.

However, stories of repeated domestic violence on Rihanna and Chris Brown’s part surfaced. This wasn’t the first time this episode of violence happened in their relationship. But what most people don’t know is that Rihanna, at times, was the person throwing the first blow.

The fact that she is a woman doesn’t excuse her behavior and we are hoping that she does a full reveal of her relationship and take ownership in the abuse she promoted as well. Chris Brown and Rihanna both need help and guidance.
