An insider just informed me that Shannon from MTV’s Making The Band “Danity Kane” quit the band. This comes off of the heels of Diddy firing of Aubrey O’day and Dwoods.
You remember Shannon, the nice, quiet, married girl who was a great team player. Well, guess little momma has more balls than all the rest of them! Tired of the drama, cat fights and Diddy, she hands in her microphone and tells Mr. Badboy Worldwide where to stick it!
Now, this does make for a great new season of the “Making The Band.” Stay tuned!

I don’t know if it’s true or not, but if it is, I can see Diddy disbanding the rest of the group. I think it would be great if all five of them signed with a competing label and reformed, under a slightly different name. With all the media attention, their album would do go about triple platinum and Diddy would be kicking himself. But I can’t find any more information about it, so you might check your “insider” friend and make sure you heard him correctly.
I hope this is true! Diddy doesnt deserve the girls and the remaining members should go to another label. If this is true, Shannon did the right thing!
I can’t see her quitting. She seems to timid. If she leaves, then they just need to just disband them and start all over

I hope this is true. I undrestand why she would quit. She said herself there was no DK if it wasn’t the 5 of them. She said they worked too hard to get to this point for Diddy to just bring in new girls. That woudn’t be right at all! I think they all should sign to another label like J. Records or Def Jam. They probably would do much better because they have a huge fan base.

Diddy is cocky and has a huge ego, most of his groups only stay around fir a few years until they get sick of him, and his games and BS, I heard Cassie his bed warmer is going to take over as the lead singer of the group DK I guess that push Shannon over the edge.

I’ve just tried to take in Aubrey & D. Woods leaving but now Shannon??!!! I love Shannon, Aubrey & D Woods & I think that they made the right decision but Danity Kane will never be the same. I have all respect for Diddy but I think that he made Danity Kane for the money- now look where it got them. Danity Kane is on the brink of breakup & instead of letting it all happen, they should reconcile & try to make it work.
I think that they should talk about it as a group instead of letting Dawn tell the press everything- it doesn’t solve anything & it causes more trouble. I think that Diddy should find 5 women who are talented, as good as DK, but have the same bond instead of having one bond & the other bond.

If this is real, hopefully he drops the rest of Danity Kane. Then all 5 of them could reform with a new name with a new label. Promotion for them should be similar to that of “Asia Cruise” Just silhouettes of them and a hot track release. Then months later, their new album releases. Gold. All it really takes is one girl to be x’d out the group or to leave and it’s not the same so there’s really no point in any of them staying. Diddy is an egotistical maniac lol so anyone working under him is bound to face this at some point in time or another-check BadBoys track record! What happened to any of their artists? Sorry for DK bc the girls were really sweet and I did enjoy their music so who knows what the future holds for them but well wishes!

Diddy did nothing wrong.
The fact is Aubrey started letting the fame go to her head. Pretending to be someone shes not.She changed from the person that Diddy first sighed.
As far as D.woods goes she didn’t have to leave. She chose to leave. He was willing to work things out with her. Like he said she got caught up in Aubrey’s wrath…In other words she was being a follower instead of a leader.
As far as Shannon goes she chose to leave too.

First of all it’s not Diddy’s fault that the girls were cat fighting all the time. Honestly I think it had to do with Aubrey. She was hating on some of the girls and was very disrepectful of Diddy. She talked to Diddy like he worked for her and it’s the other way around. Shannon leaving the group was her choice and she probably did the right thing for herself. I think everyone is bashing on Diddy and really it was the group that just couldn’t get over themselves and work it out.
I agree with you Nicole, I just don’t like how when the going gets rough for Diddy’s groups/Artists all he does is just dismember it instead of trying to work it out. I’m not gonna lie; Aubrey did change into someone who was a negative influence on the group. But I think he should’ve listened to what the girls all had to say instead of just kicking them out without a second thought. The way Aubrey mouthed off at him she was asking for it. But D. Woods didn’t even say anything. She handled the situation very maturely.
And Shannon had even tried to say something to Diddy, and he just cut her off so rudely even though she hadn’t even started anything.
I can see why people are blaming him. What i CAN’T see is why people are lashing at Dawn. Wtf!?
