Oolong tea  – is it a Miracle?

Oolong tea – is sometimes known in China as the ‘miracle tea’. Oolong teas complex polyphenol compounds differ to the normal Green and Black teas.

It’s now becoming all too clear that it’s the older generation that seems to be leading the way into healthy lifestyles – with diet, exercise and all things good. All too often – the younger generation seem less concerned about health and fitness and more concerned where the next ‘take-away’ or where the nest drink is coming from.
