Each day this case gets more interesting. AP news is reporting that William Balfour, estranged husband of Julia Hudson,  is claiming his innoncence but refuses to take a polygraph test.

When detectives asked Balfour to take the polygraph test, he stopped cooperating and refused to take the test, said an official who was familiar with the investigation. I hate to jump to conclusions but this man is GUILTY, GUILTY, GUILTY!!! And it’s rumored that the violence escalated over an argument over missed car payments.  Sounds like someone wanting to milk the family for money to me!

Poor Jennifer Hudson. I hope that she has a strong support system. FWO sends out our love.

AP source: Hudson suspect refused polygraph test

Balfour has been at the center of the investigation since shortly after the bodies of Hudson’s mother, 57-year-old Darnell Donerson, and brother, 29-year-old Jason Hudson, were found Friday inside their home on Chicago’s South Side. The body of Balfour’s stepson, 7-year-old Julian King, was discovered Monday in an SUV on the city’s West Side. All three had been shot.

Meanwhile, a funeral home announced Thursday that services for Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew will be held on Monday morning. The service at Apostolic Church of God on Chicago’s South Side will be closed to the public.

Balfour had not been charged as of Thursday. Investigators were still gathering evidence and following up on leads, the official said.
